In the morning of April 29, 2022, China
Safe Food promotion Office and Guangxi Certification Center of China Safe Food
Promotion Office held the opening event. On behalf of Director Liu Hongxi,
Deputy Director Feng Wei of China Safe Food Promotion Office attended the
event. The event was presided over by Nong Liangchao, head of China Safe Food
(Guangxi) Promotion Office. Considering the impact of the epidemic and the
requirements of the national epidemic prevention policy, the event was simple
without inviting relevant leaders and personnel to attend, nor holding ceremony
or dinner party.

During the activity, Deputy Director Feng
Wei, accompanied by Director Nong Liangchao and some colleagues of Guangxi
Promotion Office, carried out relevant activities:
1. I visited the Guangxi History Exhibition commemorating the 100th
anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the Achievement
Exhibition of Poverty Alleviation in Guangxi in Guangxi Exhibition Hall,
focusing on the understanding of guangxi’s natural resources, food and
agricultural and sideline products, laying a foundation for the promotion of
safe food in the future.
2. Visited Guangxi International Convention
and Exhibition Center and the site of ASEAN Expo. Nanning is the headquarters
of ASEAN. The relevant personnel discussed the feasibility of establishing the
ASEAN special issue of China Food News and jointly organizing the Special
exhibition of China and ASEAN Safe food with the secretariat of ASEAN Expo,
striving to make contributions to the promotion of China’s safe food in
Southeast Asia.
3. Visit Nanning Xinxier Nursing Home for
study, and the leaders of both sides discussed the cooperation intention of
introducing community home nursing service and safe food promotion with food
and medicine in the Health hut project of China Safe Food Promotion Project.

4. Visited the production base of Nanning
Kangzheng Medicinal Plant Co., LTD., and learned about the cultivation process
and edible efficacy of Dendrobium officinale.
5.inspected yongning District Xiangyue four
seasons ecological comprehensive demonstration zone, understand the general
situation of Nanning Yongning District Fuhui fruit shoot industrial Park, as
one of the work objectives of the joint construction unit and production base.

6. During the event, the staff of Guangxi
Promotion Office also discussed and arranged the publication of China Food News
in Guangxi.
Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is a
magical place with abundant resources of agricultural and sideline products,
such as longan, Gongcheng oil tea, snail powder, mango, Guilin bean curd bamboo
and so on. It is believed that the establishment of China Safe Food (Guangxi)
promotion Office will certainly contribute to the rural revitalization of
Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the development of guangxi food enterprises,
the promotion of Guangxi safe food in the whole country, and the implementation
